Stay Physically Fit

Step 1. Questions

Physical fitness is a key to good health. Fitness does not come automatically, however. It takes work and discipline!

For this e-Journal project, you will be a health advocate for physical fitness. Write a persuasive essay to convince the reader to exercise and be physically fit.

Here are some questions to research. Include the answers in your essay.
  • How much exercise do people need to be physically fit?
  • What kinds of exercises promote physical fitness?
  • What are the benefits of being physically fit? What are the risks of being in poor physical condition?
  • Where can people exercise?
Visit the Web sites in Step 2 to learn about exercise and fitness. You may also use search engines to research this topic. Or try an encyclopedia or other reference source at the library.

When you are ready, follow Steps 3 and 4 to write your essay.
